Our Joint Venture pursuits seeks to work with Corporate, Healthcare, Higher Education entities to increase diversity and inclusion in their work. Projects secured/managed by the JV will actively pursue and recruit M/WBE, SDVE firms to participate in these projects by submitting trade bids or consulting proposals. The Watson Organization and our partners have the financial capacity to pursue projects of any size and complexity.

Ivan Watson, president, and CEO of the Watson Organization, Inc., brings over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Watson has built a successful business beginning as a commercial and industrial painting company leading to a general contractor in the southeast United States. Mr. Watson has built a reputation for commencing and concluding successful projects with on-time delivery and cost-effective results. Mr. Watson is a native of Philadelphia and is known for leading the charge regarding diversity and inclusion on many prominent projects.
