Biomedical Research Building

Watson is providing pre-construction services to support Thomas Jefferson University in planning for their state-of-the art new research tower which includes 245,000 SF of open labs, BSL-III, offices, auditorium, and conference rooms.

In collaboration with owner and consultants, we assist in cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and budgeting throughout all design phases and decision making processes.
