Allentown K-8

Watson is serving as Project Construction Manager alongside SitelogiQ for a new K–8 academy on 16.7 acres of the former Allentown State Hospital property. The approximately 208,000-square-foot campus is designed to serve 1,200 students in a safe, modern, and accessible learning environment.

Planned features include flexible academic and creative-learning spaces, a makerspace, multipurpose areas, athletic fields, and landscaped green space. As part of the larger Northridge redevelopment, the project will transform a historically significant property into a new center for education and community life on Allentown’s East Side.
