Yale New Haven Health Mcgiveny Tower | Adams Neurosciences Center

At Yale New Haven Hospital’s Saint Raphael Campus, Watson is helping deliver the Adams Neurosciences Center—an expansion designed to transform neurological care across the region. The center includes two advanced patient-care towers, beginning with McGivney Tower, and will add 204 beds along with specialized neuroimaging, surgical, and rehabilitation facilities.

The new center will support comprehensive treatment for complex neurological conditions, including epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and spinal disorders. McGivney Tower is the first of the center’s two towers; the second is Sherman Tower. The development has been described as the largest project of its kind in Connecticut.

All work is being coordinated within an active hospital campus, where patient care must continue without interruption. Careful sequencing, infection-control planning, site logistics, and rigorous safety protocols are essential to protecting patients, staff, and hospital operations throughout construction.
