Tac-Pal Warehouse (Constellation) Phase 2

New Jersey | Crow Holdings and Sansone Group

Watson delivered Tac-Pal Phase 2, a 702,450-square-foot, ground-up logistics center in New Jersey for Crow Holdings and the Sansone Group. Designed to support high-volume warehousing and distribution, the expansive facility adds significant industrial capacity within one of the country’s most active logistics regions.

At more than 700,000 square feet, the project required construction planning at an entirely different scale. Every phase had to be coordinated across a broad footprint, with multiple work areas progressing simultaneously and each major milestone carefully aligned with the overall schedule.

A logistics facility of this size depends on the successful integration of its site infrastructure, structural systems, building enclosure, utilities, life-safety components, and interior operational areas. Watson helped coordinate these interconnected elements so that work could advance efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and consistency across the entire development.

Large-scale ground-up construction also requires disciplined site logistics. Deliveries, equipment movement, workforce access, material staging, inspections, and trade sequencing must be planned so one operation does not create delays for another. Watson’s team maintained clear communication among project stakeholders and trade partners, helping keep decisions and field activities moving across the active site.

The building was developed to support the speed, capacity, and flexibility expected of a modern distribution operation. Its large footprint provides the space required for high-volume material movement, storage, and order fulfillment while allowing the facility to adapt to changing operational demands.

From early site development through structural construction, building systems, and final turnover, Watson applied a coordinated management approach focused on constructability, schedule control, quality assurance, and safe execution. That discipline was essential to maintaining continuity across a project measured not in individual rooms, but in hundreds of thousands of square feet.

Tac-Pal Phase 2 demonstrates Watson’s capacity to lead major industrial construction from the ground up, bringing the planning systems, field coordination, and management discipline needed to turn an exceptionally large footprint into a functional, high-performing logistics facility.

Ground-up industrial construction delivered with the coordination, control, and discipline that scale demands.
